Minimalist house #01 Plans
DESCRIPTION
This minimalist house prizes simplicity, with its straight lines the white facade of the house floats over gardens that can follow the natural landscape of the lot or can be created to give that impression of lightness to the volume of the first floor of the house.
The house uses white to stand out against nature or the neighborhood, a noble colorthat brings lightness to the eye. The house becomes a blank canvas to live various moments and stories, so that the house can become a home.
Inside the house we have a contemplative garden. For this we used some strategies to transform this small environment into a place of peace. We have an infinity pool that follows the level of the house, where it will become a waterfall for the garden. The sound of the waterfall brings peace and tranquility to the rooms of the house.
The tree brings shade and freshness to the garden and we can only see the top of it in the social environment of the house (living rooms), a perfect place to place a wind chime.
But this garden is not only contemplative, it is an essential part for the temperature control of the house, the combination of the tree and the pool brings a lot of freshness to the interior of the integrated living room. In this garden the wind passes through the tree and the pool and enters through the large sliding doors in the integrated room, bringing fresh and humid air.
These and many other strategies were used for the house to have maximum natural lighting and ventilation.
This house reveals a silence that reflects on people with quiet and discreet personalities.

Structure
The Minimalist House #01 was presented with a conventional concrete structure. But it can also be made with a metal structure. -
House Position
Minimalist house #01 was all planned to create spaces with plenty of natural light and ventilation. We used 2 strategies to achieve this:
✔ 2-skin facade hides the windows and also helps to control the temperature inside the house.
✔ Winter gardens, several rooms in the house have windows facing winter gardens, this ensures privacy and natural ventilation and lighting for the rooms.
With these strategies, you don't have to worry about the position of the house in relation to the lot. But if you want to see which positions the house will benefit from or further protect from the sun, follow these models:
COUNTRIES WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES:
If it is very hot most of the year in your city, the best position for the building is this with the North to the front of the building. This will ensure that the 2-sided facade, protects the house for most of the day
COUNTRIES WITH LOW TEMPERATURES:
If it is very cold most of the year in your city, the best position for the building is the one with the North facing the back-side facade of the house. This will ensure that most of the sun shines on the social part of the house (living room, dining room and kitchen) thus increasing the temperature of the house.

- 3D sections: 3d cuts to aid in the understanding of the project.
- Charts for windows and doors.: Chart with specification of all windows and door, dimensions, heights, sill heights. definitions of openings and materials.
- Project Guide: 23-page booklet showing changes you can make to the project, such as: more windows, what materials to use, alternative layouts and position of the house on the lot.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In most places, your local building department may have specific requirements. Some of these requirements, including structural engineering, soils reports and energy efficiency calculations, etc.
The Plans was created by an architect but do not have an architectural or engineering signature, and / or stamp-visa. You agree to consult an local /engineer/ builder/ contractor who can advise you and make the necessary changes to bring the house into compliance with the local requirements.
- Cost to build
House construction costs are dependent on where the house is built, the level of finish (tile, trim, window quality, etc...) and the site.
We advise you to show the video of the project to a local builder. He will be able to provide you with an estimate of the cost to build.
- License and Refund
This is a digital product and there are no refunds. And since we cannot be sure of the removal of the files, we do not offer refunds.
The License Agreement grants you the license to build a single home from a purchased design.
- Copyright
The original designer retains the copyright to plans derived from their plans. You cannot buy and change them to sell the changed design to others.
